NATIONAL BODY CHAMPION
SHAUNA ROMANO-SKY Romano-Sky is
a beautiful woman, mom and entrepreneur who just made her fitness
model debut this
fall at FAME
nationals.
Former Skeleton World Champion, Shauna forges
back to the winners circle claiming
1st place in the
Fitness Model
Masters (over 35)
division AND 1st
place overall ages!
Shauna was
refreshed to find the BodyArt approach to
fitness modeling which side-steps
"all or
nothing" harsh
diets and training
to focus on the whole person. As a result,
she got on stage not only looking great, but
feeling great too!

UFC FIGHTER JASON DOOMS DAY STRONGER THAN EVER
This fall, Jason "Dooms" Day, pro UFC MMA
fighter had surgery to remove
a bone chip from his elbow. Since
surgery demands some down time away from
heavy-duty training, this was the
perfect opportunity for Tanya to
work with Jason on some Power Alignment foundations and
deep core patterning.
So, be sure to watch for a new and improved Doomsday in
the cage - winter 2009! The routines
used to restructure Jason's core are rooted from Tanya's
