We use the term "bootcamp" a little differently than the norm.
BodyArt Bootcamp is a wholistic coaching style designed by Tanya
Lee. The length of the term or "bootcamp" is three months
where focus is aimed at
sustainablity of what you develop.
Start by setting body goals, then
work toward them in the BodyArt way. This is not about "how
dramatically you can change your
body for your after photos". This is about
creating food and exercise patterns that work for you
- learning to be
your own master instead blindly following what 'they' say you
'should' do. Too often
we force the body to change, rather than allowing it to change.
We call it a bootcamp because you
spend 3-months with a
top-quality support coach intensely focused on the
single fact that you want to get serious about cultivating
beneficial discipline and get on the road to finally feeling
great in your body.

Team BodyArt has
spent an immense amount of time and effort researching and
developing various layers, angles and perceptions of movement,
nutrition and behavior. Our aim is to encourage balance
and move away from hardcore rollercoaster diet/exercise methods
that try to force the body into an ideal mold. It's not about
getting there as much as it is about how you get there.
BodyArt Bootcamp by Tanya
Lee is designed to strategically empower deep confidence
and self-worth while a beautiful body becomes the bonus
prize. During the three months with your BodyArt Coach,
you'll travel a journey dependant on your goals and unique
wants/needs.
An array of areas are
covered such as:
